Francis Maxino 32 Rosebery Street CHRISTCHURCH Dear Francis, I would like to thank you very much for your stunning work both in musical/theatrical performance and composition as part of the 1998 Garden City Festival of Flowers. The 10th annual Festival was a tremendous success with major attention from local, national and international visitors and media certainly further supporting 'Christchurch's favourite festival' and our city's mantle as 'Christchurch the Garden City of the World'! You compostition was integral to, and a stunning feature of, 'The Waltz of the Flowers' - a production which delighted thousands throughout February as the feature event of this year's Festival. I hope that the work of Francis Maxino continues to delight, and flourish within, the local, national and international community!
