oil painting in 3D

Katharine T. Faison

Location: New Zealand

Kate Spencer now derives her greatest pleasure from working collaboratively with other artists, whether it be in producing art or enabling something to happen through her networks. She continues to paint as Katharine T. Faison on a commission only basis. The oil paintings below were successfully auctioned in September 2010, with a portion of the proceeds producing her largest donation to Saint Ann's School where she attended from age 9 - 18 in the formative years of the innovative school. People were thrilled to be able to purchase 28 works, ranging from small fragments to large mural sized pieces. All of the paintings below have been sold, the small sample left to view here are to give an indication of previous work. In 2016 Kate will produce a mural, book illustrations, paintings for themed group exhibition, and painting which have been produced while Artist in Residence at Lochmara Lodge, among others that will  be sold in the 2017 auction.

Any paintings produced by Katharine T. Faison for her own pleasure will be available by silent auction annually. Contact her here to be informed about works available, and how to make a bid. Kate has been discretely creating her own livelihood as an artist since she was 22, continuing to thrive (and sometimes survive) through four recessions.
